You understand that participation in group containers (including coaching calls, community spaces, Voxer groups, etc.) is not private. We reserve the right to use content shared therein for training, promotion, or community engagement unless otherwise agreed.

REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS

By submitting a review or testimonial, you affirm that:

You have personally experienced the Offering

Your feedback is truthful and free from defamation or discriminatory content

You are not being paid or influenced by a competitor

We may use your review in promotions or other business materials.

MODEL RELEASE

If you appear in photos or videos shared in any of our spaces, you agree to grant The Hive Collective a license to use your likeness in promotional and educational content. You may request to opt out of this in writing.

SECURITY & RISK

We do our best to maintain a secure and functional experience, but you assume full responsibility for your use of the Offerings and any outcomes or actions taken as a result.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any individual service agreements, constitute the full agreement between you and The Natural Woman regarding The Hive Collective Offerings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in or near Charleston, SC.
